Terms of Service

GENERAL
1.) I reserve the right to decline any commission request. (Refunds will be sent to any denied.)
2.) I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the final works if I am provided misinformation or if the client does not point out said mistakes in W.I.P.s that are to be sent as the work progresses.
3.) Any and all personal information is to be kept private and confidential.
4.) I reserve all rights to the image and its distribution unless otherwise specified.PAYMENTS
1.) I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the client. Instances I may enact this right include but are not limited to: poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, if I find out the character they are commissioning is stolen.REVISIONS
1.) Revisions available during sketch phase.
2.) After sketch phase, only colour changes are available.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1.) Wait time may vary depending on extraneous circumstances. Estimate time is one to two weeks.
2.) If delays occur, I will inform the client.
3.) Delivery will occur only after payment has been received.USE
1.) I reserve all rights to display any commissioned image(s) in my portfolio and on other platforms.
2.) The client may not claim my work as their own.
3.) The client may upload the finished product to their online galleries, provided that credit is linked to my name and/or username.
4.) Use of commissions must have credits displayed.
5.) Absolutely no art of mine may ever be used for NFT, cryptocurrency use/promotion, AI training or databases, or any form of plagiarism.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.) All rights reserved over artwork.
2.) My art is for non-commercial use. If you are interested in commercial use, we may discuss price and use in private. *REFUNDS
1.) Payments are non-refundable after line art phase.COMMUNICATION
